Press release from: DigitalMediaStocks.com

/ PR Agency: Econ Corporate Services, Inc.
POINT ROBERTS, WA and DELTA, BC – August 20, 2007– InvestorIdeas.com, a global investor and industry portal, specialized in sector investing including the digital media sector, presents an investor podcast with USA Video Interactive Corp. (OTCBB: USVO; TSX: US.V). The podcast follows up on a previously featured, March 14, 2007 interview with Andrew Huffman, in-house patent counsel for USA Video Interactive Corp. Today’s podcast updates investors on the progress of the Company’s Video-on-Demand patent infringement lawsuit filed against various cable companies including Time Warner, Charter Communications, and Comcast Cable.

While the case continues to move forward, Mr. Huffman explains that the proceedings have been pushed back slightly as a result of court delays. “The lawsuit is on track, but the track has been slightly adjusted. There were some docket management problems that were an issue in the judge’s chambers, having nothing to do with this case itself, and the result of that is a push back in the schedule of approximately two months. The trial date as it is set now, according to an order dated June 29th, 2007, is April 8th, 2008 and the intermediate dates between now and then for the most part have been adjusted by a similar time frame.”

In what appears to be a David and Goliath scenario, USA Video continues to hold its course. “It is the small company against the ‘big guys’ here and the key is patience and perseverance such as we showed when we as a company performed the evaluation necessary to be able to bring this suit to life in the first instance, and we have to have the fortitude to stick it out through to the end. We are looking forward to having our day in court,” states Huffman.
