Shanghai-based photography company Rimagine joins PREVACO International

Rimagine, a Shanghai China-based photography company, offers photography and digital imaging services to manufacturer, trading and retail companies which source or produce products in China or Asia. Clients can significantly save time and money, because products are photographed directly where they are manufactured. Shortly after the photo shoot, print-ready image files can be downloaded via Rimagine’s image database. Depending on the industry, clients can save up to 35 days. For example, a line of furniture can be photographed in the photo studios of Rimagine in Shanghai. Shortly after the shooting, the images are retouched and uploaded to an image database. A Prevaco partner company, which is based for example in London, downloads, color separates and proofs the images and send the color adjusted proofs to the client’s marketing team. The marketing team in London gets the best from both worlds: A local contact person, and a reliable and international photography service in China.

Started in 2004, Rimagine photographs products, people and places, either in the 1,000sqm photo studios in downtown Shanghai, or directly on-location at the client’s factories, warehouses or showrooms. Rimagine completed photo shootings all over China, but also in Japan, Korea, Singapore and India.

Companies such as Ikea, Philips, Crocs or ABB save time and costs, because Rimagine takes images of their products before these are shipped overseas. After each photo shooting, images are retouched and uploaded to an image database. Clients get print-ready images, which they can instantly use for brochures, catalogues, websites or packaging.
