Many of them succeed in getting temporary solutions and many also get unsatisfactory results from unknown freelancers who sit on the other side of the world.

Hence, we came up with solutions that can help startups and SMEs grow drastically without getting into the hiring process and will save time and reduce costs. Our monthly virtual employee subscription model suits the needs of today's entrepreneurs, who do not have a big budget to establish in the first few years of business.

What role does Megatech play in helping startup Entrepreneurs?
In the early stage, any start-up is trying to save money as much as possible. It's just like you subscribe a software, you can now subscribe to a virtual employee. It will not just help companies to accelerate the hiring process, but also help talent to structure their work without hopping from one job to another.

Do you think this is the end of the HR Industry?
Well! I don't know! We definitely are heading towards a drastic change and companies are open to the idea of subscribing to the employees, so yes, this platform can be the first step towards the extinction of the HR industry. The thing is that Human resource was and is the most important resource, but also the most devalued from the beginning of times. So we are trying to give some structure to this valuable resource by training and upgrading them according to the requirements of the industry so that more and more potential employees can actually find employment.

What are your expansion plans?

Currently, we are partnering with startup incubators and accelerators, and individual mentors who are actively promoting our services and are very enthusiastic to join our referral program. Apart from that, we are expanding our team rapidly to seek and serve individual clients across the industries.
Having a very competent, flexible, and innovative business model, we are seeking to raise funds and are very close to signing with our first investor.
