Plus Delta Launches New Podcast "Talking Traction"

ST. LOUIS, MO - April 8, 2022 - Plus Delta, a highly respected St. Louis based business consultancy, announces it has launched a new podcast, "Talking Traction", to help educate St. Louis area small business owners on how to get unstuck so they can continue to grow their companies.

Hosted by Plus Delta CEO Tabetha Sheaver, an Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) Professional Implementer, the podcast will provide tools, lessons and advice for entrepreneurs at all levels based on Sheaver's two plus decades as a CEO, business owner, and executive for several companies.

"As a business owner and CEO myself, I know and understand the challenges we all face. It can feel lonely at the top. Sometimes you need help from outside resources to keep going, especially when it feels nothing is working," Sheaver said.

"Our goal with Talking Traction is to help local business owners think about things they may not normally consider in order to get traction and get unstuck when they feel they are hitting a ceiling."

Sheaver added she understands how easy it is for a business owner to get overwhelmed. "Things can start to become too complex. It can all feel like spaghetti and we aren't sure how to untangle it. We often feel like we have to have the answers to lead the team, but the truth is, we need a system to help everyone take ownership and lead themselves."

According to Sheaver a number of resources exist to help small business owners in each of the key components of their business but when they are too busy running the company, and coaching people, they do not have time to research it all, read it all, and implement it.

"Instead of spending time surfing the internet, and trying to figure out what may or may not work for their organization, Talking Traction was created to aggregate all those resources so leaders can make a difference in the world they were created to make.
