Onsiter launches game-changing vendor management system for enterprise staffing - for free
The cloud-based solution adds vendor network, enables businesses to source and manageindependent contractors without any cost or fees.
BERLIN, GERMANY - [DATE]: Onsiter ApS, a marketplace for independent contractors, has launched Onsiter Vendor Management System (Onsiter VMS), a platform for finding and managing independent contractors. The VMS features a large network of IT and business independent consultants, end-to-end vendor management tools, and is free to use by any company that engages the services of an external workforce.
Onsiter VMS innovative feature to edge out competition
The key differentiator of the Onsiter VMS is that users will be able to access talent from its vendor universe, which is a network of contractor suppliers. This feature will enable companies to connect with each and every independent consultant in their country, maximizing the probability of finding the talent they need in a shorter time. The feature is currently available for users in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, and work is in progress to expand it to the other countries in which Right People Group operates.
"For many companies, finding the right expertise is the hardest part of building a team. We're providing businesses with access to the widest possible network to make it easier for them to find the external talent they need," says Søren Rosenmeier, co-founder of Onsiter.
All-in-one independent contractor management
The Onsiter VMS also contains vendor management features that allow businesses to manage the independent contractors they hire. Besides sourcing, users will have access to tools like automatic price negotiations, digital contracts, timesheets, reports, invoicing, as well as automated onboarding and offboarding templates.
"We will continue to add features and enhancements to the platform," Rosenmeier said. "The Onsiter VMS is part of our "Software, not Sales" strategy, and our goal is to make the companies we work with excellent at using external resources."
The cloud-based platform is free to use with no time limits or user restrictions. Users only need to create an account on the Onsiter website to begin their search. The Onsiter VMS is currently optimized only for businesses in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. For more information about the Onsiter VMS, go to Onsiter.com.
