Self-Storage Plus Manages First Facility in Florida

Self-Storage Plus Expands their Management to Hallandale Florida

February 9th, 2022 – Self Storage Plus, a regional leader in the storage industry, is pleased to announce their first management assignment located at 450 Ansin Blvd, Hallandale, FL 33009. This facility marks the start of their expansion into the rapidly growing Florida market.

Noah Mehrkam, the CEO of Self Storage Plus stated, “This opportunity to expand our regionally
dominant management brand from the mid-Atlantic to The Sunshine State is a significant milestone for our company. We’re grateful to the Boundary Companies to manage their asset and grow our brand in a rapidly expanding market.”
The Ansin Blvd facility is located in the heart of Hallandale and only 0.3 miles off the I-95 Expressway.

The facility serves Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Highland & Miami Gardens and is blocks from the “Big Easy Casino”, just South of the Orangebrook Golf & Country Club, and 4 miles from the Aventura
Hospital and Medical Center. The ground level facility consists of both climate controlled and drive-up units with sizes ranging from
smaller 5ft by 5ft to large 10ft by 30ft units. The gated facility that is equipped with an on-site manager contains both covered and uncovered car and RV parking. “We are thrilled to be expanding our management services into Florida and look forward to expanding our footprint with like-minded owners to further grow our brand of distinction.” said Mike Anthony Executive Vice President of Self Storage Plus.
