Self-Storage Plus Expands their Management to Hallandale Florida

February 9th, 2022 – Self Storage Plus, a regional leader in the storage industry, is pleased to announce their first management assignment located at 450 Ansin Blvd, Hallandale, FL 33009. This facility marks the start of their expansion into the rapidly growing Florida market.

The Ansin Blvd facility is located in the heart of Hallandale and only 0.3 miles off the I-95 Expressway.

The facility serves Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Highland & Miami Gardens and is blocks from the “Big Easy Casino”, just South of the Orangebrook Golf & Country Club, and 4 miles from the Aventura
Hospital and Medical Center. The ground level facility consists of both climate controlled and drive-up units with sizes ranging from
smaller 5ft by 5ft to large 10ft by 30ft units.
