Canada Post launches easy-to-use online address validation platform

Canada Post today launched AddressComplete, a web service that allows for cost-effective and efficient address data capture and validation using Canada’s most current and accurate address database.

The new product was developed through a strategic relationship with the leading provider of address validation web services, Postcode Anywhere and helps reduce costs related to incorrect addresses and improves the end-user address capture experience.

“Delays in payment receipt, parcel delivery failures and poor customer experiences can often be the result of inaccurate address data,” says Kerry Munro, President of the Digital Delivery Network at Canada Post.
