Facebook Metaverse fights Huawei over EU 'Meta-Fi' as Archbishop & Telephonist UK Domain Names pop up on eBay.

The Battle for (Ultimate Control) of the Metaverse is now in Full Swing !

According to verified media reports , Apple does not anticipate ever building a Metaverse. Apple, instead of seeing its VR headset as something users will want to wear for long periods of time , see it as a device that users will wear occasionally to communicate, play games, or enjoy entertainment etc.

In a related international development : The USA (United States of America) , Finland and China currently appear to be in the throes of a (Far-Reaching) Diplomatic 'Metaverse' War .

As things currently stand : Finland may have already (publicly) sided with the USA ; while Huawei (of China) appears to have already privately vowed to (Publicly) Retaliate.

This is perhaps one of the main reasons why Top Chinese Technology Giant Huawei has already applied for a (Highly Contentious) Trademark, META-FI , in China , in an Open IP (Intellectual Property) Challenge to Facebook.

Of Course - Before then , Facebook had already (avidly) snapped up the (Highly Sought After) Domain Name , Meta.Fi , from none other that the Honourable Digital Minister of Finland , His Excellency Timo Harakka - in a Private Commercial Deal which is rumoured to be Huge !

Whatever the case , Huawei is now claiming to own the Meta-Fi brand , similar in terms of usage to Wi-Fi (For Wireless) and Hi-Fi (For Music). 'Meta-Fi' would have obviously applied to the Metaverse (which is ruled by Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg). Hence was the 'over-riding' need for very Snappy Action by Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg - in terms of the (Meta.Fi) Domain Name Purchase.

As everyone knows : When Facebook sought to clear website names ahead of its global rebrand to the corporate name Meta, it bumped into an unusual owner of the Finnish URL meta.fi : The Country's (Very Own) Digital Minister (HE Timo Harakka) - Finland's Minister of Transport and Communications.
