4ipnet Upgrades Wi-Fi Deployment at the Federal Court

TAIPEI, TAIWAN – February 18th, 2013 The Federal Court of Malaysia has chosen 4ipnet WLAN Controllers and Access Points as its wireless network solution provider. Federal Court of Malaysia, located in Putrajaya, is the highest court in the country.

The main goal of this deployment is to incorporate 4ipnet WLAN controller with the existing network infrastructure and implement additional access points to expand wireless network coverage. Separate service zones and limited time span for different user groups is required. The wireless infrastructure also needs to be able to handle a high volume of users throughout the day. 4ipnet Wireless LAN Controller WHG405 coupled with High-speed and Dual-band Access Points EAP757/110 are chosen for this solution.

The WHG405 Wireless LAN Controller supports up to 150 4ipnet access points and can also manage up to 200 3rd Party Access Points. 4ipnet Wireless LAN Controller working in conjunction with Access Points provide consistent wireless signal for administrative work for either free or on-demand Wi-Fi accounts with restricted access for court visitors. WHG405 features Access Control, User Provisioning, Bandwidth Control and many more network management features that will greatly reduce the workload on the court house’s IT staff. 4ipnet EAP110 Access Point is a high speed enterprise access point operating at 802.11n/b/g and EAP757, Dual-radio Dual- band wall/ceiling mount Access Point, provide the best wireless network with minimum failure rate.
