Featherstone Partners Names New Managing Director
VIRGINIA BEACH VA, JANUARY 6, 2022 – Featherstone Partners announced on Monday that Adam M. Saich has joined as a Managing Director of the Virginia Beach based real estate investment firm. Prior to joining Featherstone Partners Saich was the President of BMR Investments, Inc. in Virginia Beach where he oversaw a portfolio of 17 multifamily properties across the region. Saich worked with multifamily developer and manager S. L. Nusbaum for 10 years before joining BMR Investments, Inc. As the Chair of the Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council, Saich was named Multifamily Executive of the Year in 2016 by TMHC. He was also awarded Member of the Year Award in 2019 by the Tidewater Builders Association where he served on the Board of Directors. Saich hails from Hampton Roads and is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where he received a B.S.B.A in Finance and Real Estate.Founder of Featherstone Partners, Charles R. “Chuck” Patty, Jr. commented, “we are very excited to have Adam come on board. His brings a wealth of experience and industry understanding and will be a valuable asset to Featherstone’s growth and success.” Saich will be overseeing Featherstone’s portfolio of multifamily assets across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and will be instrumental in new acquisitions.
