BioFach 2013 will take place in Nuremberg from February 13th to February 16th, 2013.It is an international exhibition for producers, distributors and consumers of organic products. Pastificio Fabianelli S.p.A is participating to this event with Pasta Toscana Brand and is eager to welcome partners and visitors at Hall 4 – Booth 111.

The 2012 BioFach edition counted 2420 exhibitors who introduced their products to more than 40,000 buyers coming from 130 countries. Germany, Austria, Italy, Holland and France were the countries with the major number of visitors.

By taking part to Biofach 2013 that will be held in Nuremberg from February 13th to February 16th, Pastificio Fabianelli intends to promote its Pasta Toscana Organic brand; a short chain product, 100% tuscan made using first quality raw material coming from organic farming to guarantee the health of both consumers and environment. Visitors , professionals, distributors and partners will discover and appreciate the characteristics of Pasta Toscana by visiting our stand at Hall 4 – booth 111.

BioFach is a high profile exhibition that has reached its 24th edition and has assumed an absolutely relevant role in the organic sector. More and more consumers chose to use organic products and not only for household cooking. Organic is the symbol of ecology and sustainability but it also means taste and variety. This is why the attention of professional catering for these products is constantly increasing. All the products displayed are certified EU Organic Regulation or in conformity to IFOAM standards.

A plate of pasta; there is no other simpler and yet tastier dish in the world that can successfully put on the table a perfect harmony of pleasure and well-being. The origin of pasta is not well defined but we know for certain that it is the "first" dish of the Meditteranean diet : a unique and delicious gift that was handed down from the past; the expression of a very unique Italian style. In the year 1860 in Castiglion Fiorentino, a small town in the province of Arezzo, right in the heart of Tuscany, where both air and water assume an authentic taste, the Fabianelli family began to mix water and durum wheat semolina industrially, starting from the established tradition of local pasta masters. The product you can taste on your table today is the fruit of putting organizational capacity in a meticulous work that respects, along the entire chain of production and not only, the rules of those who have made of their life a product for life that is appreciated all around the world.
