NET4 REPORTS REVENUE OF Rs. 31.82 Crores

Reports over 29% increase in PAT over corresponding quarter last year

New Delhi, July 30, 2007:-— Net 4 India Ltd., a leading provider of IP Communications services for businesses, reported a quarterly consolidated revenue of Rs.31.82 crores, for the quarter ended June 30 ,2007; an increase of 25% over the same quarter last year. The net profit after tax stood at Rs 2.52 Cr, an impressive 29% growth as compared to the corresponding quarter last year.

Earnings Per share for the consolidated entity stands Rs. 1.55 per share, 29% higher as compared to last years Rs. 1.20 per share.
