New Delhi, December 12, 2021: Vardhman Properties Ltd announces its plan to create a new metaverse. It plans to invest over $1.5 million over a period of 5 years.

The metaverse is called "Infinity Void' which tries to convey that the metaverse would have endless possibilities with no restriction on creativity. ."Our key aim in this metaverse is graphics. We are trying to make it as realistic as possible to provide an immersive VR experience", a source said.

The land sales for the metaverse has already been commenced. In the first land sales, all the land parcels were sold within 3 days. "We are getting a good response from the public and we hope that we will be getting more in the future". project head made the statement.

The price of land parcels varies from $400 to $5000 on the basis of location. There was an appreciation seen in prices by 10,000% in the last three days. "We have set this price range so it mutually beneficially, as the cost of development would be heavy but worth it", the Finance head said.

Land Parcels are being sold in the form of NFTS on marketplaces like Open sea. The metaverse allows the land owners to monetise their assets either by trading them or building upon them. For example, users can make entertainment centres, fitness session classes, etc and earn revenue from them. The opportunities are infinite and it totally depends upon the vision and the creativity of the users.
