Constant Contact Referred To International Criminal Court For War Crime Preliminary Examination

Dublin, Ireland, 24 November 2021—WhatDoesItMean.com announced today that it has referred Constant Contact, Inc. to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in order to initiate an investigation into this American online marketing company’s apparent war crimes committed in violation of the Rome Statute and customary international law.

WhatDoesItMean.com is an independent news service whose main objective is providing its readers with information relating to unjust wars, and the perpetrators that wage and support them.

Constant Contact, Inc. is an online marketing company, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, with additional offices in Loveland, Colorado; and New York, New York, whose business maintains paid email databases and services for the organizations and companies they solicited to be its customers.

On 23 November 2021, after nearly a decade of uninterrupted service, Constant Contact informed WhatDoesItMean.com that its nearly 7,000 member email database services had been irrevocably terminated. An immediate termination of service Constant Contact provided no explanation for, other than its representative Brandon saying it was a “decision made at a meeting” he offered no other information about.

WhatDoesItMean.com alleges in its referral to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court that the “decision” Constant Contact made to terminate our email database services is based on their attempt to keep our readers from knowing the truth about the looming war between the United States and the Russian Federation, some of whose headlines about being kept from our American readers over the past 24 hours include “US Testing Ability To Drop Nukes On Russia”[1] and “Russian And American Top Generals Speak By Phone” [2].

As has been well documented in the world press, American technology companies like Constant Contact have initiated mass actions to censor and ban anyone whose information and/or opinions deviate in the slightest from its elite ruling regime orthodoxy and imposed by force socialist-communist-progressive ideology, and is a regime the BBC best described in their 17 April 2014 article “US Is An Oligarchy, Not A Democracy” [3].

Conducting this preliminary examination into the possible war crimes committed by Constant Contact to blindly support its state regime in starting an unjust war that could possibly kill millions will be the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim A. A. Khan QC, who, on 27 September 2021, issued a statement [4] warming: “Regardless of resources, all parties to any conflict, and all actors should be left in no doubt that under both the Rome Statute and customary international law, there is no statute of limitations for war crimes or crimes against humanity. These odious and criminal acts should stop immediately and investigations commence to vindicate the principles that were established 75 years ago in Nuremberg, and to honour humanity's basic responsibilities to itself.”
