ENTIRETEC client Rotana wins HTNG Innovation Award

ENTIRETEC is delighted to congratulate its client Rotana for the well-deserved Hotel Technology Next Generation Innovation Award. The largest hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa received this honor for the realization of their vision to centralize all IT services with a single objective, to create a guest orientated service environment.

To accomplish the innovative concept of a centralized guest management portal within the Rotana Private Cloud, the hotel chain commits to the tailor-made ENTIRETEC Managed Services based on CLT – Core Layer Technology® in terms of network infrastructure, security, management as well as Internet access and communications.

The platform paves the way for a group wide integration of any multimedia and communication service. For instance, a centralized HSIA solution based on CLT SECTOR featuring a tailored landing page gives the competitive advantage to manage the internet access globally and to provide special internet packages or privileges to Rotana guests. Furthermore, the Rotana Mobile App enables guest access to hotel services via any client device of choice.

CLT as the central Identity Management System controls the individual authorization of all users and their access to services. Moreover, due to the integrated Property Management System (PMS) it creates a guest-orientated and user-friendly “single sign on” environment.

The centralized solution gives Rotana the ability to adapt its own IT infrastructure as required, in order to align technology offerings with the company’s strategy and financial business environment. Likewise, it supports the ongoing expansion plans of the hotel chain in the Middle East and African region.
