American Singer "Doblx" New Hit Single "LUV" Recreates Sean Paul's 2002 Hit Song "I'm Still In Love With You" But In Spanish

American singer-songwriter and producer Doblx just released his latest single entitled “LUV” featuring his Colombian wife, Yulis Katerine “Diosa” and his mom singing the chorus!. The song has elements from Sean Paul’s 2002 hit single “I’m Still In Love With You” featuring Sasha. Mixed with a reggaeton flow and tropical beat, the song is gaining momentum on Spotify and the song's official video on Youtube.

The original “I’m Still In Love With You”, is a classic unforgettable reggae song by artist’s Marcia Aitken and Trinity released in 1981. This was later sampled and recreated by Sean Paul in 2002 under Capitol Records. Doblx” version of this remake only has elements of the original 1981 song on the chorus sung by his mother, Lisa Wilson. This is the only part of the song that is in English. The song features a tropical afrobeat/reggaeton style with Spanish lyrics sung by both Doblx and his wife Diosa. It was created to highlight their relationship and more importantly, how their cultural differences didn’t matter. Doblx was born in Detroit, MI, USA while his wife was born in Los Cordobas, Cordobas, Colombia. Doblx met his wife after he moved to Colombia in 2018 to learn Spanish and progress in his musical career.
