Skyline Constructions and Housing Pvt. Ltd. to invest Rs. 200 Crore in Mangalore

Bangalore, 20th July, 2007: Skyline Constructions and Housing Pvt. Ltd., one of the top builders in Karnataka and creators of luxury homes launched their ‘Blueberry Hills’ project in Mangalore today. Mr. Avinash Prabhu, MD of Skyline Constructions and Housing Pvt. Ltd announced that Skyline would invest over Rs. 200 crore in Mangalore across residential and commercial verticals.

Addressing the media Mr. Avinash Prabhu said “We bring with us international architectural and landscaping consultants, who will bring in world-class quality and premium products to Mangalore. Skyline’s Blueberry hill project is the first premium product that we will offer to Mangalore. Mr. Dhiraj Prabhu, Director of Skyline Constructions and Housing Pvt. Ltd would be based in Mangalore office to take care of the ‘Blueberry Hills’ project and its sales.

Briefing about the Blueberry Hills project Mr. Dhiraj Prabhu, said, “We chose this site for its sheer beauty. It overlooks a lush green valley and coastal line at the distant horizon. It is only appropriate for us to launch an equally beautiful housing project in this vicinity.”
