Web-based real estate data company pioneers 'rollable reports' concept in the national real estate data industry

Coppell, TX July 1, 2007 – COMPDATA introduces a unique concept as a national web-based real estate data service; roll over reports. Similar to the concept of roll over minutes, COMPDATA pioneers this idea in the national real estate data industry.
Amir Khan, the man behind COMPDATA, recalls “as a real estate investor, I was frustrated for years in trying to gather relevant, up-to-date and instant real estate research data. Free data services have been unreliable and major services are too expensive and require restrictive contracts. Above all, subscribers are not allowed to roll over their unused reports”. Amir thought what if by using his real estate and web designing skills he created a web-based real estate data company that thinks “from a user’s point of view”. With this idea in mind, Amir set out to establish COMPDATA.
Unlike major national real estate data suppliers, COMPDATA allows subscribers to roll over their reports and does not require restrictive contracts. COMPDATA is a pioneer in the national real estate data industry allowing its subscribers to use their "“unused reports later”.
COMPDATA allows all it’s subscribers to use their unused reports from current month in the following month, as long as they continue their monthly subscriptions. All subscriptions are on month-to-month basis with no requirement for annual contract or other commitments.
COMPDATA database covers over 2700 counties in all 50 states accounting for over 97% of all U.S. transactions. COMPDATA is completely web-based and does not require any software installation or downloads.
Real estate enthusiasts have noticed “user-friendly” website and policies allowing COMPDATA some early successes. COMPDATA already has several real estate investor’s associations (REIA) as clients including San Antonio Real Estate Investor’s Association (SAREIA), one of larger national REIAs with over 600 members.
