The various bots represent an emotional rule-based human/machine interface. The user can interact by entering text and expand the knowledge database of the individual bots through his or her input.
Erich W a n k e r explains, "I am enthusiastic about self-learning systems, no matter if it is a car, a home PC or a smartphone. But these developments should not only be applied as technical tools - this technology has the potential to enrich art, literature, music and philosophy. My current project is just a small contribution to the art world - which will be very much enriched and transformed by this technology in the future."

Erich W a n k e r is a programmer by passion. Numerous innovative projects originate from his keyboard - His unique motto "The keyboard is mightier than the sword" speaks volumes.
Several novel projects could be realised in the past through funding from the FFG (Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH).
