Trubiquity Names Mike Richards as Chief Information Officer

Troy, MI, USA – October 23, 2012

Trubiquity, a leading global provider of MFT (managed file transfer), process automation and integration software solutions, announced today that they have named Mike Richards as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Richards joined the Company on October 1, 2012.

Mr. Richards has over 30 years experience leading advanced technology development and bringing innovative products to market as both Internet based SaaS offerings and enterprise software solutions. At IBM he held roles in research/development, product management, and marketing, led several collaborative products to market, and co-authored a patent in Internet portals. At Ford Motor Company and Monsanto he held CTO and Group CIO roles and helped introduce cloud computing and other software and collaboration innovations. Most recently as President of Visioneering Partners, he has worked with CIOs and CTOs in a variety of industries in the areas of IT strategy, product design, SOA, Big Data, cloud computing, and service management.
