Long-lasting Performance Improvement with Key Figure Analysis

Customized Analysis Tools Instead of Rigid Standard Reports

The challenge with key figure analysis is localizing data that is relevant to the decision making process. Manual combination of different ERP systems is time consuming and error-prone. This is why Manz chose POOL4TOOL’s Analytics application, which takes all of the important key figures from sourcing, development, logistics, and quality control, and combines them to create a cost and cause report. Instead of using inflexible, pre-programmed standard reports, Manz chose a customizable option.
