On August 1, 2021, the Hoodu officially launched their startup in India & Southeast As,Hoodu,
which allows small businesses to quickly and simply create their Merchant & Prodiver App powered with all the necessary
tools needed to manage ecommerce on WhatsApp.

Founded in September 2020 by Ramesh Kumar & Visagan, the retail-SaaS company raised Undisclosed seed funding
from Singapore & Malaysia.The company has a team of 50 people.

Hoodu providing a multi-service application with solutions for connecting four-wheel and two-wheeler transportation,
ordering food, delivery,Mobile Payments and many other services to serve the needs. Daily Needs of Indian users,
in world-leading technology platform. we wishes to improve the quality of life of users,
