Eco-Friendly World Class ASA Sheets| Fine Industries
The Eco-Friendly Fine ASA Sheets are manufactured with the best equipment such as Calendering process line, Embossing process line and Gravure process lines. The Fine ASA sheets are an eco-friendly product that minimizes the use of UV stabilizer. The Fine ASA sheets prevent color-fastness and product deterioration. Thus, it secures superior weather ability compared to PVC and PET sheet products so as to be used for furniture and door surface protection. And it is also widely used for molding, wrapping and overlay such as Advertising film, High gloss film, Environment friendly film, and exterior film.
Excellent eco-friendly and weather ability features of Fine ASA
Fine ASA has mechanical strength of 26,000 kg/㎠ with good processing of printing. Also, it has thermal stability of 87 ℃, and it is also proven in the HDT test method.
Fine ASA is used for the purpose of Molding, Wrapping and Overlay. And it is applicable to Advertising Film, High Gloss Film, Environment Friendly Film and Exterior Film.
Fine ASA has excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, appearance quality such as gloss, when compared with alternative materials of PVC and PET.
Fine ASA minimizes use of UV stabilizer.
Fine ASA has superior thermal stability compared to alternative materials of PVC and PET.
Fine ASA generates less volatile organic compounds of 400 TVOC (ppm) compared that PVC generates 1,000 TVOC (ppm).
