Millennial Title Continues to Grow

In July 2021, Millennial Title welcomed three new members to the team in our Florence and Louisville, KY offices. We are proud to welcome these individuals and look forward to the expertise that they bring to our team.



Aniko Janutolo

With 9 years of experience, we were excited to welcome Aniko Janutolo to our Florence office as a closing coordinator. Aniko graduated from Beckfield with a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies. In addition to her education, she is a U.S. Army veteran and served during Operation OIF/OEF from 2000 to 2004. In her free time, Aniko enjoys reading, kayaking, and spending time with her family outdoors.

Lisa Dalton

Lisa Dalton will be working as a closing coordinator in the Louisville office. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with her, including over 20 years of residential real estate title experience, including relocation closings and 1031 exchanges. Her main priority is to ensure a successful closing for her clients. Lisa graduated from Lake Forest College with a BA in Business and Studio Art.


Brenda Smith

Brenda Smith joined the Louisville team as a title assistant. Brenda brings with her over 10 years of experience working as a foreclosure real estate paralegal and notary public. She is also a certified e-filer by both Kentucky State and Federal Civil and Bankruptcy Courts. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid University of Louisville Fan.
