Illinois Evidence Rules, Courtroom Quick Reference, Now Available From Summit Legal Publishing

The rules have been broken down into progressively indented subparagraphs with headings and a hanging indent outline structure. Official commentary details the changes in the restyled rules. The inclusion of the Traditional Federal Rules of Evidence as well as the Restyled Federal Rules of Evidence in Illinois Evidence Rules, Courtroom Quick Reference allows quick and painless cross-referencing for those accustomed to the old evidence rules.
