Able to be deployed on-site or via the cloud, SureShip offers high visibility into company operations and allows businesses to manage their shipping operations from a single interface.

Since its release, the software has been delivering on its promise to streamline operations. Chapin International—a world leader in the manufacturing of compressed air sprayers, All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) sprayers, and spreaders—implemented SureShip at the end of 2020.

“Chapin ships around the globe through every mode of transport including Parcel, LTL, TL, Ocean, Air, Rail, and Intermodal. In addition to its direct API integration with Infor CloudSuite and other shipping carriers, SureShip offers the ability to ship from transfers, customer orders, pick, pack and ship (PPS), and Service Request Orders (SROs). Additional features include select LTL and Freight integration, freight billing, charge-backs, and rate shopping.
