Overloaded with works, exhausted by the close to a never-ending to-do list, and questioning if the whole "work-life balance" thing is a hoax. These are some of the thoughts of the majority of the people of the corporate world. But, at Hexaview Technologies “work-life balance” is a reality. Because we care for our employees and keep it at the utmost priority. Whether our employees are working from the office or home, Hexaview always takes the initiative to create a good “work-life balance” environment.To have a harmonious work-life integration is crucial not only for physical, emotional, and mental welfare, but it's also important for our careers. Therefore, Hexaview implemented an initiative, that is, there will be no internal meetings on Fridays. This step of Hexaview has been welcomed by the employees of the company. Due to this, employees can relax on the last day of the week and spend their weekends well.
Hexaview keeps taking such initiatives to continuously improve the working environment. Recently, Hexaview conducted a live Yoga and meditation sessions so that employees can learn how to keep mind and body in peace.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all the workforce are working from home so Hexaview promotes the culture of open communication between colleagues, reporting managers, and the founders which ultimately results in less stress and good time management, and more productivity.
