Infosysta + Alpha Serve: 2FA Integration

To provide an extra level of protection to Jira users, Infosysta has integrated Alpha Serve’s 2FA for Jira: U2F & TOTP with its two mobile apps. Those are Mobile for Jira, an Android & IOS solution that supports third-party app integration and allows interacting with the issues on the go, and JSMobile, a Jira service management portal.

Now, a user is allowed to access the apps only after successfully presenting two factors of verification. First, you need to enter the login and password created by yourselves, and then you will be required to provide the second authenticated password, i. e. One Time Password (OTP) generated by another application. Jira 2FA helps the businesses that use these apps reduce hacks, data breaches, and other forms of cybercrime.
