Tech Startup Hires Former Entrepreneur as Chief Executive Officer to Spearhead Growth

CHICAGO – PolicyCo, a SaaS company that develops online policy and procedure authoring, management, and distribution tools, announces Adam Ochstein as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, Ochstein founded tech startup, StratEx, growing it to become a market leader and among Chicago’s “Best Places to Work,” leading to its acquisition by Toast, the unicorn restaurant management platform provider.

With experience growing startups to become market leaders, Ochstein joins PolicyCo to aid in the development and execution of its go-to-market strategy, building out vertical solutions and creating a partnership program. Over the next year, Ochstein plans to grow the team by 50 in the areas of sales, marketing, product development, consulting, customer service and leadership.
