SmartCompliance, the powerful software that streamlines the compliance management process, announces its integration with EZ CERT Management, one of the biggest companies that specializes in insurance management for Franchises.

This innovative platform will centralize and speed up the process of tracking Certificates of Insurance to ensure Franchisees’ end-to-end compliance.

By using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, the platform avoids manual data entry and creates a searchable database organized according to different requirement groups. The software tracks Certificate of Insurance, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), and Insurance Policy’s detecting non-compliance status to send an automated notification to the involved parties.
