COLORADO, APRIL 13, 2021 – Nascate announced today the launch of Pathfinder, a secure web-
based application that promises to improve COVID-19 vaccine adherence by providing
actionable analytics on where and how to target vaccine interventions. Due to the urgent
need Nascate leveraged their proprietary Social Determinants of Health and equity
applications to isolate insights into vaccine geographic gaps, access, hesitancy, culture and
