CD Bioparticles Expands Its Biodegradable Polymers Portfolio with Dendrimers

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of various drug delivery products and services, CD Bioparticles recently introduces a series of dendrimers for research use, such as DMPA-G1-TMP-Acetylene, DMPA-G1-TMP-Azide, DMPA-G1-TMP-Carboxyl, and DMPA-G1-TMP-NHBOC. These biodegradable polymers can be used in theranostics, biosensors, optics, adhesives and coatings.

With customized delivery strategies, precise designs and modifications of drugs or drug-contained cargos, and advanced technical platforms, CD Bioparticles can help scientists to solve problems in the studies, such as limited options for the bio-conjugation between macromolecules and biomolecules, and unpredictable or uncontrollable degradation rate of the drug-loading cargo. These newly released dendrimers products are organized by functional groups, such as ammonium, acetylene, azide, hydroxyl and cardoxyl.

Many new products now are available at CD Bioparticles, such as the DMPA Acetylene Dendrimer, one of the newly released dendrimers. DMPA Acetlyene dendrimers are monodisperse, multifunctional scaffolds with an exact number of surface groups. These alkyne functional dendrimers can be used for various click chemistry reactions, such as CuAAC and Thiol-Yne coupling. The dendritic polymer is biodegradable and have low cytotoxicity, and can be used in theranostics, biosensors, optics, adhesives and coatings.
