Professionals at BSH highlight a few features the new app would offer employees and managers. The employee dashboard has real-time visual charges summarizing details of the last payslip, expenses, overtime, benefits such as leaves, tickets, schooling, loans, and even a list of upcoming holidays to help them plan vacations. A comprehensive view of the dashboard items is provided on selection.

The manager dashboard has the same elements as the employee dashboard. Furthermore, managers can process employee requests and correspondingly approve or reject them.
