Kelly Bensimon and Boirs Kodjoe to Co-Host 5th Annual Edeyo Gives Hope Ball
Model and author Kelly Bensimon and actor Boris Kodjoe will co-host philanthropist Unik Ernest’s 5th Annual Edeyo Gives Hope Ball on June 27th to help raise funds for the Edeyo Foundation, which is dedicated to improving the future for children in Haiti through education. Noted fashion photographer Nigel Barker will be honored at the Ball for his charitable contributions to the cause, and the night will feature cocktails by MEDEA vodka, AVION Tequilla, VOSS water, RADEBERGER beer, and VEEV hors d'oeuvres, with both a live and silent auction and music by Etienne Deyans. The night will begin at 7 pm and an exclusive after party will follow at 10 pm.Attire: Carnival Chic

The Edeyo Team is a group of dedicated business, medical and educational professionals most of whom are of Haitian and/or African descent who all share the same passion to empower Haitian youth.
Unlike most other aid organizations, the Edeyo Foundation is staffed entirely with volunteers, keeping overhead expenses low. This means that 95 cents of every dollar we raise goes directly to helping the children of Haiti.
Our fundraising and organizational operations are based in New York City while the school we support is in Bel-Air, a “red zone” neighborhood in Port-au-Prince – defined by the international NGO community as out of bounds because of security concerns. But children live in Bel-Air and they need education. Providing it has become Edeyo’s core mission.
