Russell Bedford audit network welcomes new firm in Dominican Republic
The worldwide accounting and audit network Russell Bedford International has appointed Job, Báez, Soto y Asociados as its new member firm in the Dominican Republic.Job, Baez, Soto & Asociados was established in 1969 by Ana Job De Soto and her husband Marcial C. Soto Gil. Ana became the first female public accountant in the country and was a founder of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic (ICPARD).
Based in the capital, Santo Domingo, the firm is now run by four partners: Jeannerette Vergez (Managing Partner), Ana Carolina Franco, Alejandro Alberto Soto and Milagros Figuereo.
The firm has a team of more than 20 professionals and supports a variety of clients, from large corporations to small businesses, in the areas of accounting, auditing, administrative and tax advisory services.
As an approved and qualified practice of external auditors, the firm is registered with the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic and with the Superintendencia de Valores (SIV). It is a member of the Association of Accounting Firms of the Dominican Republic (AFCPARD) and a member of the American and French Chambers of Commerce.
