Hoffman Design Group Collaborates with Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to Keep Flower Show Blooming
Corporate interior landscaping specialist helps Pennsylvania Horticultural Society keep the Flower Show alive in PhiladelphiaFolcroft, PA, USA, June 15, 2012 -- Corporate interior landscaping firm Hoffman Design Group is proud to partner with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) in keeping the Philadelphia Flower Show alive all year long.
For the Philadelphia Flower Show, what takes 8 days to set up has to come down in just 3 days. But where do all of the beautiful flowers, plants, and displays go from there? This year, Hoffman Design Group has recycled 6 adonidia palms, each 15 feet tall! These majestic palms, from the Pele’s Garden exhibit, have been displayed in front of Broad Street landmarks: the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Shops at the Bellevue, and the Kimmel Center. Each palm is under planted with kimberly queen ferns and kicked up with a burst of summer color using pineapple plants, red anthurium, and green cascading ivy.
