Ambulance Medical Billing makes two key leadership appointments

AMB is proud to announce the promotion of Dana Evans (CADS, CACO) to Managing Director and the addition of Phillip Sanderson (NRP, BS, MHA) as Director, EMS Partner Solutions.

Dana is a 32-year healthcare billing industry veteran who has spent 24 years at AMB and another related entity providing physician billing. She most recently served as Senior Director of Operations, but now expands her role to lead all organizational duties within AMB. Dana holds multiple professional affiliations and certifications and has been an active speaker at industry events. “I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the greatest collection of EMS industry service professionals around. I have invested years in meeting the highest standards possible for our clients and look forward to more years and much more success at AMB,” said Ms. Evans.

Phillip is a 31-year healthcare services industry veteran who joins AMB after four years with EMS Healthcare Solutions. He holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, MHA degree, and has experience in hospital leadership and management as well as emergency transport. In fact, Phillip is a former EMT and Paramedic with training certifications from multiple EMS industry and professional associations. He served in Director level roles for private ambulance services, First Call and American Medical Response, and now joins AMB to solidify its consulting, training, and management ranks. “I’m thrilled to join the AMB team.
