Apptimized launches solution to improve application lifecycle management in the cloud, built on Microsoft Azure

POTSDAM, Germany – March 2nd, 2021 –Apptimized announces the launch of its new solution, built on Microsoft Azure, to enable teams to better manage the application lifecycle of their business. The solution integrates with Microsoft Azure App Services to provide web-hosting services for cloud platforms, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) with Azure DevOps pipelines. Non-binary data is handled via Microsoft Azure SQL and Cosmos databases, with binary data handled via Azure Storage and globally distributed by content distribution network (CDN) proxy. Connectors to Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Azure Virtual Machines—as well as hybrid bridges to on-premises Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Hyper-V—enable seamless handoff of prepared applications for Apptimized enterprise customers.

The Apptimized solution leverages Microsoft Azure capabilities to provide a globally trusted and stable environment for hosting the solution. This gives customers reassurance that their data is in safe hands by incorporating the latest Azure security features and data protocols.
