Innr launches an optional 48W Power Supply to extend the popular outdoor lighting range: OPS 140

01-21-2021 01:31 PM CET | IT, New Media & Software

Press release from: Innr Lighting

Hilversum, 21 January, 2021 - Thanks to a new 48-watt Power Supply, up to ten individual Spots or Pedestal lamps can now be used outside. Innr offers a more powerful power supply. Existing or new outdoor installations can be expanded up to 10 individual lights.

More light, more creative design possibilities and especially more atmosphere are offered by the power supply option with the designation OPS 140. For this, customers replace the standard power supply unit of the popular outdoor spotlights or pedestal lights with a more powerful one.

For a price of just under 40 euros, each Innr Zigbee starter kit for outdoor lighting can now be expanded considerably in this way. This power supply makes it possible to control up to 10 outdoor lights instead of the previous maximum of 5, each using 4.5 watts.

From now on, users can choose which individual spotlights or bases to use to expand the group to 10 luminaires. An app always controls all lighting units at the same time, because the LEDs are controlled via one Zigbee Control Box.
This is exactly what is wanted: based on various customer surveys, the situation of 'group remote control' has proven to be the most frequent and most popular with 88%.

"Rarely does anyone in the garden or front yard create different dimming scenarios or colour schemes for each lamp," says Mark Wiersma, international sales director at Innr. "Technically, a lot is possible. But it is precisely because of our market research orientation that the Innr product range is competitively priced. In other words, those who only perform a modest installation of up to 5 individual luminaires in the garden do not automatically pay the price for a powerful 48-watt power supply unit. This means that anyone who does not want to control each spotlight in the garden individually in terms of colour and brightness, buys from Innr what is currently the highest quality and at the same time the most cost-effective solution on the market," Wiersma continues.

"The OPS 140 is one of the most vivid examples of Innr's product strategy of 'premium quality - tailored to the +90% user need, rather than what is technically feasible, as is the case with the market leader'.

The additional power supply is the ideal supplement for the 3-pack of Smart Outdoor Zigbee lights from Innr and achieves impressive lighting results. For example, with 10 x OPL 130 C (Pedestal Lights) it is now possible to illuminate an even longer footpath or with 10 x OSL 130 C (Spot Lights) to perfectly stage the entire front of the house. But it is also possible to mix the different types of outdoor lights.

According to the motto: "Surprise your neighbours every day!" the new OPS 140 power supply, for example, can light up the wall or fence every evening with a new selection of more than 16 million colour shades.

The high-quality Innr OPS 140 Power Supply , with a capacity of 48 watts, is now available for a price of 39.99 euros.
