LeafyMate Medical Cannabis Card Premiere Platform for Patients and Doctors

CHICAGO, January 14, 2021 /Press Release/ -- Nearly every state that has legalized recreational marijuana has had issues meeting high demand and there has been an increase in medical cannabis patients. Some dispensaries running out or running low in the first days / weeks of sales leaving many disappointed customers. In some states both medical and recreational customers can purchase their cannabis for delivery or in the dispensary. However, medical patients have greater access and save substation money on taxes which could be in upwards of thirty percent. LeafyMate platform helps connect licensed cannabis doctors and patients for medical cannabis card evaluations.

Patients are free to choose from among the many licensed cannabis doctors in their state. Similarly, patients can search for dispensaries, education material, brands and dispensary loyalty programs that are going to become increasingly important as the cannabis market becomes more competitive.

States that permit both recreational and medical cannabis at times require dispensaries to have enough cannabis on hand for medical patients. This means if supplies are running low to avoid fines dispensaries may need to limit how much recreational customers can buy, how many they can serve or sell only to medical patients. Later this year LeafyMate is expecting to work with a handful of dispensaries, permitting patients to order on LeafyMate platform and allow licensed partners to deliver the product using their own employed drivers in states that permit delivery. The drivers will ensure that the customer is over 21 years of age and verify the government ID and/or medical card upon delivery.
