WomenTech Network announced the winners during the live award ceremony that celebrated 100 000 women, minorities, and allies in tech.

Virtual, Dec 03, WomenTech, the world's largest community for women in tech with more than 4500 ambassadors representing 161 countries, recognized Muskan Bhatia Founder at Ed Aura Technology and Beyond Human Resource as a winner at the largest virtual awards live celebration in technology for women, minorities and their allies, WomenTech Global Awards 2020.

Muskan Bhatia Founder at Ed Aura Technology and Beyond Human Resource earned the award in the category HR Manager Program Award 2020 for being the part of different firms and performed her role with full dedication and honesty.

Muskan Bhatia entered the world of grown-ups with a job in hand, well-paid, enough to make her feel happy. But deep within she felt something was incomplete. Very soon she got bored with the 9 to 5 rat race. she used to wonder this job isn’t for her. She always aspired to be a businesswoman. Following her inner call, she started to work towards it. Slowly with the help of friends and family, she got her first startup Beyond Human Resource registered.

Beyond Human Resource, a Human Resource organization was formed with a mere mission of shining with the glares of success, with minds charged with creativity and to be renowned worldwide. Beyond Human Resource is an agency that excels in hiring candidates at all levels of work to provide businesses with the best employees they desire in the expected field. When there was a downfall in business she decided to start a new business and worked with an IT company to gather more information and how it actually works and with the help of her friend Mr. Sumit Sugathan she got her second startup Ed Aura Technology registered.

Ed Aura Technology, formed the following year was a second dream come true. At Ed Aura Technology, we simplify the complexities of business systems to help our clients focus on their core business while ensuring they are following the best business practices of the industrial leaders. In Ed Aura Technology, we aim to empower the youth of today with tech-based knowledge revolving around Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality and arm them with the best technical skills to shine brightly in the upcoming digital Renaissance.

Owning a business was not her sole aim in life, she wants to grow as a businesswoman by helping others to grow. No one lives alone in this world and growth is a universal process. Today, her team working in Beyond Human Resources and Ed Aura Technology have completed several ongoing projects and delivered fruitful results at the same time. Being women we understand it was difficult to handle both personal and work-life balanced but Muskan Bhatia despite indulging in so many work she continues to better her surroundings by giving her valuable time to NGO supporting unprivileged children and women

I felt so thankful for this recognition because our team has worked incredibly hard this year to bring our services to life for our clientele globally. Launching my second company in the midst of a pandemic may seem like a crazy idea, but if we didn't launch, we wouldn't have known whether or not there was an appetite for what we dreamed to accomplish. 2020 has taught me that life is unpredictable. Therefore, no matter how imperfect an early-stage product might be, the most impactful thing anyone can do is just start.

The celebration and conference gave access to top names in the industry and besides awarding ceremonies, the finalists and guests were able to attend inspiring keynotes, engaging discussions, and virtual face-to-face networking with people from all over the world across 16 time zones from the comfort of their home. When COVID-19 was dominating the news and everybody was isolated at home back in March, Anna and her team decided to demonstrate how women were persevering. They created a space for +100 000 women in tech, minorities, and allies from 181 countries to get together, collaborate, and find ways to innovate and adapt to the new world created by the pandemic.
