Denver based Private Money Authority Inc. is preparing for a potential real estate crash by realigning its industry first membership program with a capital campaign that is expected to raise $500,000,000.00 which it can deploy in first quarter of 2021.Private Money Authority Inc. is the sponsor of a Regulation D 506(C) offering and is seeking investment from not just accredited investors but also family offices and hedge funds. It is in final negotiations with them and will file the appropriate documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the State of Colorado, according to Nate Marshall, founder and CEO.
