Life Returning to Workplace
After getting relaxation in Covid-19 lockdowns, many of us are starting to envision a time when we can stop working at our kitchen tables and return to the office. Yet, in the absence of a vaccine, aspects of modern workplaces will have to change if employees are to safely return to their desks.During the lockdowns, organizations have necessarily adapted to go on collaborating and to ensure that the most important processes could be carried on remotely. Most have simply transplanted existing processes to remote work contexts, imitating what had been done before the pandemic. This has worked well for some organizations and processes, but not for others.
EFC is the office of the future, where technology is plays a central role in enabling employees to return to office buildings and to work safely before a vaccine becomes widely available. As employers around the world experiment with bringing their employees back to offices, EFC the space provider acting smartly now to ensure that when they return, workplaces are both productive and safe.
Organizations must also use this moment to break from the inertia of the past by dispensing with suboptimal old habits and systems. Well-planned offerings for their safe return to offices can use this moment to reinvent their role and create a better experience for talent, improve collaboration and productivity, and reduce costs. That kind of change will require transformational thinking grounded in facts. Ultimately, the aim of this reinvention will be what good companies have always wanted: a safe environment where people can enjoy their work, collaborate with their colleagues, and achieve the objectives of their organizations.
EFC offering special featured small offices to large corporations who are likely looking to “de-densify” their offices—both to help their employees manage the crisis and transition in the recovery, as well as to avoid future such disruptions. Big companies of all kinds already locate some employees in co working spaces and serviced offices.
In a post–COVID-19 world, the potential to reduce real-estate costs could be significant. Simply getting market-comparable lease rates and negotiating competitive facilities-management contracts will not be enough. Though EFC also collaborate with the business and HR to redo the footprint entirely and develop fit-for-purpose space designs quickly.
EFC don’t just serve the needs of remote workers: they are a crucial support structure for small businesses, sole proprietors, the self-employed and other entrepreneurs. In particular, they are a lifeline for small businesses that “operate on the periphery” of local economies. For many of them, working at home doesn’t provide a solution, and the burden falls especially hard on those in lower income quintiles.
EFC offer a mix of larger and smaller private serviced office spaces at rates starting from Rs. 6500 per person per month. As a company, EFC is focused on large managed cum, serviced office space product which is anywhere between 50,000 and 1,50,000 sq ft; tuned to the millennial, entrepreneurial professionals.
