WALKERTON, INβ€” Vermillion Systems, a leading provider of security solutions announced November 6, 2020 that they have acquired South Bend-based TC Security Company.
When asked about the acquisition, Thomas Cook, President of TC Security, answered, "The main reason we decided to join with Vermillion Systems is that they, like us, provide the highest level of local quality service. With their help and resources, we will be able to provide expanded services and a broader offering of security solutions."

Vermillion Systems will build on TC Security's reputation for being attentive to customers and delivering a high level of service. "The biggest benefit to both customer bases will be the decades of experience that our expanded team provides as we remain locally owned and operated," said David Vermillion, President and Founder of Vermillion Systems. "Recently, other regional alarm companies have been acquired by large national organizations and clients are left feeling out of touch and underserviced by the new provider. I want to assure Vermillion Systems and TC Security clients alike that we are focused on being responsive, professional, and customer-oriented."

The teams at Vermillion Systems and TC Security are working diligently to integrate operations and ensure a seamless transition for customers. In addition to the TC Security team, customers will be supported by the Vermillion Systems customer service and technical teams, based in Walkerton, IN. TC Security clients will also benefit from Vermillion Systems' wide offering of additional products and services.

David continued, "We are in a phase of strong growth due to the skilled system designers, field technicians, support staff, and leadership team we have here at Vermillion Systems. We will continue to deliver customized, innovative security and surveillance systems, on-time and on-budget. It's what we are known for."
