Vermillion Systems Acquires TC Security Company

WALKERTON, IN— Vermillion Systems, a leading provider of security solutions announced November 6, 2020 that they have acquired South Bend-based TC Security Company.
When asked about the acquisition, Thomas Cook, President of TC Security, answered, "The main reason we decided to join with Vermillion Systems is that they, like us, provide the highest level of local quality service. With their help and resources, we will be able to provide expanded services and a broader offering of security solutions."

Vermillion Systems will build on TC Security's reputation for being attentive to customers and delivering a high level of service.
