Cookerly Public Relations Welcomes Matt Benner as New Account Supervisor
(ATLANTA – May 8, 2012) Cookerly Public Relations, a leading Atlanta-based public relations and marketing communications agency, welcomes account supervisor Matt Benner to its team.As account supervisor, Benner will provide strategic counsel, media relations, writing support and general public relations support for healthcare, non-profit and professional services related clients.
Prior to joining Cookerly, Benner was a senior public affairs officer in the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve Washington, D.C. Over his 8-year tenure, Benner’s responsibilities included the development of effective Army Reserve strategic communications, multiple national-level executive speaking engagements, media outreach, tradeshow marketing events and the first branded Army Reserve Corporate Statement. Benner also worked public relations support for the Army Reserve’s Employment Partnership Office.
