This book is written from the heart, and with knowledge from over 40 years of working in the non-traditional way of using his spiritualism gifts, his training in NLP, Psychotherapy and as a Reiki and Medicine Buddha practitioner.

Finlay McArthur is an NLP master practitioner, psychotherapist, psychic medium and a visionary. He has been successful in helping people from different walks of life, from helping individuals and sports teams alike improve their game to helping people who wish to break an addiction or a habit. He has also been a volunteer for charities and disaster management. This book is the result of Finlay’s many years of experience and personal research on the field together with his natural ability to ‘tap’ into the understandings brought about by thousands of years of natural instincts.
