Retail Realm Expands into Asia Pacific

SONOMA, CALIFORNIA -- Retail Realm Distribution is in the process of establishing a presence in Asia Pacific to better serve and support the resellers in that region.
Retail Realm would like to thank POSPartners Australia for its efforts in the last ten years in distributing the RR add-ons in that region; however, as of May 1, 2012, POSPartners is no longer the distributor of any of the Retail Realm suite of products or other solutions for which Retail Realm has signed international distribution.
"Retail Realm's presence in the region and a strong focus on our product line in APAC will enable us to expand our services worldwide and provide direct support to the reseller community in that region," said Afshin Alikhani, Chairman of Retail Realm (afshin@rrdisti.com).
Retail Realm plans to:
1) Introduce additional software to the RMS community that will enhance the value proposition to the customers and enable the resellers to engage a larger audience. This includes:
- RR Add-ons that can be obtained at a very low value
- New West Technologies, including their mobile platform
- MS PoS from Germany, with Universal Interface (UI) Link for ERP
- RITE, with a suite of small specialized add-ons
- Digital Retailer, with Repair module and more
- Retail Hero, with cut down POS add-on
- bLoyal, with an outstanding web-based promotion and centralized customer management and club management software
- Business Management Systems, with Business Appointment Manager, a well-proven solution that addresses hair salons, dance classes, chiropractors, etc.
- And more!
2) Hold regional training courses in the APAC region for Microsoft AX for Retail and RR distributed add-ons.
