Once he flew to Istanbul to their office and saw that they had a few staff but working in a very small office. All the staff was from different parts of the world, they didn’t have a stable job; the skills they had gave them hope. His office manager told him that his staff was able to buy new office supplies, a new sofa because of working there, making a change in their life. So, he made a decision to invest in the Istanbul office, and now they have over 120 staff with a decent office.
Javid Valisoy believes that they are not just hiring 120 staff. Each person working for them has a family; hence they are feeding 120 families, which can be over 360 people. The core purpose of the company must not only be serving B2B customers the right way but also to treat the staff as family members. He often says, ‘Your Network is Your Net Worth.’
