Hawkins II of Fort Worth to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.Hawkins has been leading the company’s move from Inyokern, Calif., to Fort Worth since he was named Executive Vice President in December. Before that, he was Director of the Commander’s Advisory Group and Strategic Adviser to General John Abizaid at the U.S. Central Command in Tampa.
