The milestone of the year for the Housing society and Apartment industry was the 3rd – Housing Society Management Show 2020. The show was organized by Intellize Expo P L and supported by a lot many associations like MSWA, Women’s Legal Forum, V-CAN, Indian Green Building Council, Indian Pest Control Association, Soch Sayani, Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Soc Federation (Pune). We have received active support from MCGM and various MLA's Shri. Mihir Kotecha , Smt. Manisha Ashok Chaudhary, Shri. Amin Patel, Shri. Kalidas Kodamkar, Shri. Sunil Rana, Shri. Zeeshan Siddique, Adv. Parag Alavani, Shri Ameet Satam, Shri. Mangesh Kudakar. The Show ran from February 7TH – 9TH , 2020 at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai.
This year the show has beaten its last year’s record in the key figures.
On the net exhibition space of 1350 sq m 87 exhibitors, showcased their new products and possibilities. HSMS 2020 had 3,212 unique Housing societies , 85% of which were decision maker of housing society.
At HSMS 2020 we had more than 105 different categories of product and services on display.
At HSMS 2020, Mumbai organized its 3rd anniversary exposition comprising about 87 participating companies on the exhibition space of more than 1350 sq mtr. Some of the highlighting exhibitors that stood out –

Opening and inaugurating the show Shri Hon'ble Ashish Shelar MLA, BJP that such a show is a good initiative aimed at Housing societies The current mayor of Mumbai Hon'ble Smt Kishori Pednekar on her visit to HSMS 2020 was amazed at the various services and products that were available for the Housing So cities. Estimating the tradeshow, Mayor of Mumbai said that at HSMS one could see and understand how professional services and products should be used in our living space. He expressed confidence that the exhibition would contribute to the further development of relations between the service providers and office bearer. During the rounds of the exhibition during his visit to HSMS 2020 Shri Prashant Gaikwad Assistant Municipal Commissioner at MCGM was impressed and has already invited Dr. Sanjay Koyande from RK Infra Technoclinic Pvt Ltd for a meeting at his office. RK Infra is a unique organisation with specialization in creating re-usable concrete from construction debris, waterproofing and a unique pot hole repair cement which dries in quick time.
Interactive conference sessions at HSMS allowed the participants and visitors to the HSMS’2020 exhibition to learn about why it is important to get professional services in our living space. There were 30+ presentations, 40+ experts related to housing society vertical, and many others.
As the industry experts said the increase in number of exhibiting categories testified to a growing importance of the HSMS exhibition among the leading service providers across the world.
Sahakar Bharati is working as a Non-Political and Non-Government organization for spreading, purifying and strengthening the Co-operative movement., had co-located their Adhiveshan with HSMS 2020 . They had remarkable 1200 delegate attendees (Office bearers of Hsg. Soc) on 7th February.

At the Thyrocare stall, HSMS also conducted free Test of Diabetes & BP Monitoring where each visitor could get the test done with no cost.
Specialists from Technology, Waste Management & Paint industries i.e. NoBrokerHood, Apna Complex, Netel India, Excel Industries, Berger Paint, Nippon Paint and other companies put on display their products at the presentation area.
HSMS 2020 was accompanied by a rich conference programme on various subjects including sexual harassment of women at workplace, Water conservation, what do you know about elevators?, Road safety- Role of a Housing Society, PET’s & Stray’s in Societies.
The exhibition ended with the Heartening positive response from exhibitor and Visitors and also our experts.

ANDHERI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA

The main objective of HSMS is to connect professional Housing Society Management Services and co-operative housing societies under one umbrella. The ticket size of potential in Maharashtra alone is about 1.5 Lac plus co-operative housing societies (CHS).

There seems to be not only a lack of knowledge amongst housing society members about professional services they can hire to run their societies better, but also a shortage of advertising mediums or platforms for the professional services providers and manufactures to reach out to the housing societies.

HSMS will try to bridge this gap and fill the void and create a new business connect to this vertical.
